The exact rack you need for your non-glass roof on your 2014 Tesla Model S is the Seasucker # 298-SX6000B

I may have a solution for you, but I was able to confirm with my contact over at Yakima that there's not yet a Yakima tower available that can safely be used on your 2021 Tesla Model S with the glass roof.
With that said, there is a Thule roof rack kit that has been confirmed that can be used on the glass roof, but you wouldn't be able to use your existing Yakima bars with Thule towers.
